In contrast, my atmospheric and allegorical works examine collective archetypes—the illusion of control, power, transience, and the unstoppable currents of nature.
Visually, my practice is driven by a deep engagement with the physical materiality of paint. I balance rich, layered glazes with heavy, tactile impasto, employing sharp contrasts of color temperature—from deep, atmospheric blues to incandescent cadmium reds—to evoke emotional depth. Whether painting a quiet face or a tempestuous, symbolic space, my goal is to construct immersive visual narratives where the personal meets the universal.
